Large Format hardback illustrated book published by The Institution of Civil Engineers in 1970, organized by the Institution of Civil Engineers and the British National Committee for Non-destructive testing 11-12 June 1969.  The dusjtacket has some rubs, folding, nicks and tears.  The red cloth book has light rubs and knocks else very good throughout.
