Shipping and Returns

UK Shipping

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.  They will be dispatched within 2 days.

We offer FREE postage for orders over £50.
For orders less than £50 our shipping rate is £3.50.

FREE pick-up is also available at the United Church of Egham. Please contact the UCE Charity Bookstall to make a collection.  The UCE Charity Bookstall operates one day a month and the church is not always open so we will need to coordinate with you the best time to collect.

International Shipping

If you wish to purchase our items and have them shipped to you outside the UK, please contact us via the contact page to discuss costs and timescales before purchasing.

Returns and refunds

We do our best to make sure that all of our items are described accurately in words and pictures. Books can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If a book is found to be substantially not as described then we shall provide a full refund including return postage otherwise the customer is responsible for cost of return postage.

Please contact us via the contact page before returning any item stating the relevant order number. An immediate refund will be given on receipt of any books returned.
