Herbert Strang's Historical Series With the Black Prince The Reign of Edward VIII & In the New Forest The Reign of William I

Books are red cloth with black decoration and titles with some rubs and corner bumps and exposure to rear spine area and small loss to the top of spine.  Internally with decorated endpages, a number written in pen and pencil name.  Very good solid copies with the pages good throughout but for one or two spot stains.  There is the owner's bookplate that has been amended to the next generation and subject written above in ink, the other with the same detail but without the bookplate.  The books are part of Herbert Strang's Historical Series by Herbert Strang and Richard Stead, Fellow of the Royal Historical Society.  With four illustrations in colour and a map.  Published by Henry Frowde, Hodder & Stoughton one dated 1910 the other undated.
