Dustjacket is good with some rubs to extremities and a little grubbed.  The purple cloth book is very good with minimal rubs.  Internally with owner's details stamped to ffep and the remnants of, say?, a bookplate to the same.  Pages are in excellent order.  The book is selling with a card replicating the frontispiece from the book of Ruth Draper, AA Scottish Immigrant at Ellis Island.  A portrait drawing by John Singer Sargent: London 1914 (Printed Inscribed 'To Lesley MacGregor' the Scottish girl in the monologue).  Published in 1960 as a First UK Edition by Oxford University Press.
