The Ingoldsby Legends or Mirth and Marvels with twenty illustrations on steel by Cruikshank, Leech and Barham Macmillan 1926

Green cloth covers with gilt titles to spine with some rubs to extremities with nicks to head and tail of spine and a knock to top rear.  Internally with a dedication to ffep with is age toned, as is the rear paper.  A hinge crack to title page but binding is tight.  Illustrations are very good and in very nice condition as are the pages.  Published in 1926 by Macmillan and Co and written by Thomas Ingoldsby.
