British Titles The Use and Misuse of the Titles of Peers and Commoners by Valentine Heywood in 1953

This red hardback book in very good condition with minor rubs.  Internally with name and date inside front cover with a couple of marks to pages, otherwise very good.  The matt buff dustjacket is grubbed with nicks and tears and small loss close to head of spine.  The book was published by Adams and Charles Black with a foreword by Sir Gerald Woods Wollaston Garter Principal King of Arms 1930-44 and now Norroy and Ulster King of Arms in 1953.
