David by Duff Cooper First Edition Hardback in Dustjacket 1943

Dustjacket is in poor repair - please see photographs.  Blue cloth book is very good with minimal rubs.  Internally with a dedication to ffep, else very good.  Published as a First Edition in 1943 by Jonathan Cape with a map of Palestine as frontispiece.
